Job summary

Tamborine Mountain Distillery on Tamborine Mountain in the Gold Coast Hinterland is seeking a friendly, confident team member for our Tasting Room & Cocktail Bar. You’ll welcome visitors, host spirit tastings, prepare cocktails and share our handcrafted spirits.

This casual role (3–4 shifts per week, mainly weekends 10am–5pm) requires RSA, bartending experience, and a passion for hospitality. You’ll work with a small team, keep the space tidy, and help guests discover products they’ll love.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending and cocktail-making experience.
• Current RSA certificate.
• Confident preparing and serving cocktails in a busy environment.
• Friendly, outgoing and genuinely great with people.
• Comfortable hosting tastings and talking to groups.
• An interest in spirits and enthusiasm for learning our range.
• Reliable, organised and able to work well within a small team.
• Good weekend availability.

Tamborine Mountain Distillery is looking for a friendly, confident and engaging person to join our Tasting Room & Cocktail Bar team on Tamborine Mountain.

This is a customer-focused role where you’ll do much more than pour drinks. You’ll welcome visitors, host spirit tastings, prepare cocktails and share the stories behind our handcrafted spirits.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

This is a casual role, generally 3-4 shifts per week, with shifts shared across a rotating roster.

The role is mainly weekend work, so you’ll need to be available most Saturdays and Sundays between 10am–5pm.

Additional shifts may be available during school holidays, public holidays and busy periods.

The role is based at Tamborine Mountain Distillery on Tamborine Mountain in the Gold Coast Hinterland.
