Job summary

Pan Pacific Hotels Group seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor based at PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport. You will help ensure guest satisfaction across restaurant, bar and in‑room dining, while leading and developing the team to deliver exceptional service during breakfast and dinner shifts, including weekends.

You will report to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager and be responsible for maintaining service standards, coaching staff, and ensuring efficient operation in a busy

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of F&B products and service standards.
• Previous supervisory experience in a la carte dining environment.
• Current Victorian RSA certificate is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
