Job summary

West HQ in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead a busy café and licensed bar. You will guide a small team, maintain service standards, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.

RSA certification and solid F&B experience are essential. You will train staff, manage stock, assist with cash handling, and deliver exceptional customer service across weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and problem solving skills; able to motivate and inspire others.
• Experience in a similar position or extensive F&B experience.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for hospitality.
• Hands-on approach, customer service oriented, and detail focused.
• Willing to work weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster.
• Knowledge of POS systems and stock management practices; RSA competency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small team during peak service periods.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and support to new team members.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation and service.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and daily cash handling procedures.
