Job summary

NRMA Parks and Resorts in Tasmania seeks a hands-on Head of Food & Beverage to lead operations across two iconic destinations, delivering exceptional guest dining experiences and driving performance.

You’ll coach from the floor, manage rosters and budgets, oversee events and group bookings, and partner with accommodation and leadership to weave Tasmania’s stories into memorable food and beverage experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading F&B in premium hospitality properties.
• RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certifications are required.
• Certificate IV in Hospitality or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to manage rosters, budgets and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the F&B team across two venues.
• Oversee day-to-day F&B operations, service delivery and cleanliness.
• Drive revenue through upselling and quality guest experiences.
• Manage rosters, labour costs, payroll processes and workforce planning.
• Oversee events, group bookings and premium dining experiences.
• Maintain food safety compliance and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with accommodation and leadership teams to ensure seamless guest journeys.
