As a key leader, you will oversee service, bookings, daily operations, and staff development, with a focus on local Tasmanian produce and a memorable customer journey. Join a historic venue that values hospitality and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the restaurant industry, ideally within Tasmania.
• RSA and ideally a food handling certificate, demonstrating food safety awareness.

Responsabilités

• Create a positive guest experience and deliver a high level of service.
• Create “WOW” moments in service and leadership.
• Show genuine interest in local produce and local events.
• Ensure efficient restaurant operation.
• Manage bookings and balance seat capacity.
• Daily booking management and reconciliation.
• Lead, train and mentor the team.
• Implement strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales.
