Job summary

Moxy Sydney Airport is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the daily operation of all outlets at 56 Baxter Road, Mascot. You will create a vibrant atmosphere and deliver memorable guest experiences across Moxy Bar & Kitchen, Little Baxter, and event spaces.

You will recruit, coach, develop, and inspire a skilled team, drive revenue with promotions and upselling, manage labour costs and purchasing, ensure food safety, and uphold Marriott brand standards while seeking

Qualifications

Experience leading F&B operations in hospitality.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent guest-service mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the daily operation of all food and beverage outlets.
Create a vibrant atmosphere that delivers memorable guest experiences.
Recruit, coach, develop, and inspire a talented and engaged team.
Drive revenue and profitability through creative promotions, activations, and upselling initiatives.
Manage labour costs, rostering, and operational productivity.
Oversee purchasing, stock control, inventory management, and supplier partnerships.
Ensure the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and workplace health and safety.
Monitor budgets, financial performance, and profitability targets.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximise business opportunities and guest engagement.
Deliver Marriott brand standards while continuously identifying opportunities to innovate and improve.
