Moxy Sydney Airport, part of Marriott International, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations across the hotel, including The Moxy Bar & Kitchen, Little Baxter, Pick Ups, and five conference spaces.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes guest experiences, team development, and delivering the energetic Moxy brand while driving revenue and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operation of all food and beverage outlets.
• Create a vibrant atmosphere that delivers memorable guest experiences.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and inspire a talented and engaged team.
• Drive revenue and profitability through promotions, activations, and upselling initiatives.
• Manage labour costs, rostering, and operational productivity.
• Oversee purchasing, stock control, inventory management, and supplier partnerships.
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and workplace health and safety.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and profitability targets.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximise business opportunities and guest engagement.
• Deliver Marriott brand standards while continuously identifying opportunities to innovate and improve.
