EVT Limited is seeking a Food and Beverage Duty Manager for Rydges Parramatta. You will direct day-to-day F&B activities across the restaurant and bar, coach the team, and manage rosters, forecasts and budgets to deliver a seamless guest experience.

With hands-on leadership, you’ll drive service standards, monitor guest feedback, and uphold WHS and compliance. The role offers immediate perks within EVT's broad hotel and entertainment network and opportunities for rapid career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience directing a food and beverage team and coaching team members to lift performance.
• Confidence managing rosters, forecasts, budgets and COGS.
• Working knowledge of WHS, first aid, fire and emergency procedures.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day food and beverage activities, planning and assigning work across the restaurant and bar team.
• Coach, mentor and give regular feedback to team members, and train them in brand standards, service behaviours and regulations.
• Manage outlet rosters and staffing levels in line with guest volume, forecast and budget.
• Lead a seamless guest experience, and act on guest satisfaction surveys to improve service.
• Monitor budget, COGS and weekly ordering, upselling products and services while minimising waste.
• Champion WHS, guest security and privacy, and log incidents and hazards in line with hotel requirements.
