Responsibilities

• Complete closing duties, including daily cleaning checklist.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
• Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
• Follow all safety and security policies; report accidents and complete safety training.
• Ensure uniform and professional appearance, protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Speak with guests using clear and professional language; answer phones with proper etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Read and verify information in various formats.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Move on stairs and ramps; reach overhead and below the knees.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
