Job summary

Holiday Inn Sydney Potts Point is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Attendant to warmly welcome guests and deliver friendly, efficient service across our restaurants, bars, room service and banquets. You’ll need NSW RSA, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Bilingual or multilingual language skills are advantageous, and smart personal grooming is expected. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant & Bars related position is highly regarded
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Bilingual or multilingual language skills are advantageous
• Look smart – adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards
• Valid NSW RSA Competency Card
• Fitness – you'll be on your feet most of the day with bending and kneeling; ability to lift up to 23 kg

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide hosting across restaurants, bars, room service and banquets
• Prepare drinks and serve food to guests according to their preferences
• Be a helpful host, local expert and brand ambassador for the Holiday Inn
• Support team during busy service periods and assist with duties as required
