Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant service periods and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Welcome guests and oversee the full food and beverage experience.
• Ensure service standards meet brand expectations and guest needs.
• Assist with bar operations when required.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver high performance.
• Plan team activities and foster collaboration and growth.
• Maintain stock levels and cleanliness of outlets.
