Job summary

Fitness Cartel Australia is seeking a proven Sales Manager to join our Cairns pre-sales pipeline. You’ll lead a fast-paced team, drive membership growth and build a thriving fitness community within a world-class facility.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and data-driven performance across a dynamic sales environment. You’ll recruit and train Membership Consultants, partner with local marketing, and pursue targeted outreach to establish a strong founding base.

Responsibilities

• Lead the club's pre-sales campaign, generating excitement and building a strong founding membership base.
• Recruit, train and inspire Membership Consultants to hit targets and close sales.
• Drive membership growth through local marketing, community engagement and strategic partnerships.
• Deliver results through KPIs, accountability and high-performance leadership.
• Plan and execute lead-generation strategies, including B2B partnerships, community outreach and events.
• Lead by example by prospecting, converting leads and contributing to daily sales targets.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives including social media, SMS campaigns and email marketing.
• Use internal systems such as Clubware, Debit Success and Gym Sales to track performance and ensure procedures are followed.
• Support the Club General Manager with operational procedures, meetings and team development.
