Fitness Cartel Health Clubs is opening a brand-new club in Strathpine, Queensland, and we’re seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead from day one. Drive pre-sales, recruit and coach a founding Membership Consultant team, and establish a strong member base before doors open.

You’ll lead ambitious campaigns, participate in local marketing, and push for rapid membership growth. This is a high-energy role with significant commission potential and clear career progression toward general club

Responsibilities

• Lead the club's pre-sales campaign and establish a founding membership base.
• Recruit, train and motivate Membership Consultants to hit targets.
• Drive local membership growth through marketing and partnerships.
• Deliver results through KPIs and high-performance leadership.
• Plan and execute lead-generation strategies including events and outreach.
• Mentor and develop the club team and ensure procedures are followed.

What You’ll Do

You Will

• Lead the club’s pre-sales campaign, generating excitement and building a strong founding membership base
• Recruit, train and inspire Membership Consultants to hit targets and close sales
• Drive new membership growth through local marketing
• Deliver results through KPIs, accountability and high-performance leadership
• Plan and execute lead generation strategies, including B2B partnerships, community outreach, and events
• Lead by example - prospecting, converting leads and contributing to daily sales targets
• Contribute to marketing initiatives including social media, SMS campaigns and email marketing
• Use internal systems such as Clubware, Debit Success and Gym Sales to track performance and ensure procedures are followed
• Support the Club General Manager with operational procedures, meetings and team development
