Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
• Employee Working with Children Check required.
• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across settings including Supported Independent Living, 24/7 Complex Supports, community access and participation, and transitional supports.
• Deliver person-centred care to people with complex support needs.
• Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Work flexibly and reliably, independently or as part of a team.
