Job summary

CareChoice is seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care in Wonthaggi and surrounding areas. You will support clients with complex needs in settings like home care and community programs.

Ideal candidates have experience with complex physical needs, hold relevant certificates, and possess current First Aid/ CPR,.Working with Children Check and NDIS screening. A valid Victorian driver’s licence and insured vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with complex physical needs.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Employee Working with Children Check.
• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and a reliable, insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred disability support across settings including home and community.
• Support clients in Supported Independent Living, 24/7 complex supports, and community access.
• Assist with transitions and capacity-building supports to promote independence.

• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, Community Services, or similar
