Job summary

IWAKI AUSTRALIA in Sydney is seeking an experienced accounts and export administrator to support international trade, invoicing, and supplier/customer records. You will manage supplier and customer accounts in MYOB EXO, prepare export documents, and ensure compliance with terms and freight requirements.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, autonomy, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with export documentation and HS/Incoterms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create or maintain supplier accounts in MYOB EXO, including entering new supplier details and updating changes.
• Monitor creditor balances and ensure timely payments.
• Process supplier invoices, matching with purchase orders and delivery dockets.
• Perform company credit card reconciliation.
• Prepare and schedule payment runs (EFT, BPAY, or credit card).
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Create or maintain customer accounts in MYOB EXO, including background checks for new clients.
• Check and maintain debtors' balances and contact customers for overdue accounts.
• Prepare and manage export documentation (invoices, packing lists, Certificate of Origin, bills of lading).
• Verify documentation for compliance with destination-country and Australian export requirements.
• Review terms and conditions of orders and supplier documents (payment, delivery, pricing, non-standard clauses).
• Prepare daily bank reconciliation and support month-end reports.
• Handle phone calls and inquiries; assist visitors and manage emails.
• Provide administrative support to staff and management, including quotes and consumables.
