Job summary

NH Foods Australia seeks an experienced Export Sales Coordination Manager to align sales order intake with production output and ensure outbound air and sea shipments meet the dispatch window. You will lead a capable team and report to senior management. Based in Oakey, Queensland, the role offers a competitive salary, uniform, onsite canteen, staff discounts, and EAP access. You will drive reporting and KPI monitoring.

Qualifications

• Significant computer skills including word processing, Excel and database management.
• Strong ability to manage data and produce reports.
• Proven ability to coordinate sales with production and logistics.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced export environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of beef processing or commodity export is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure KPI targets for sales and production are met.
• Oversee Shipping and Documentation team.
• Ensure efficient flow from production to loading and dispatch.
• Assist managers with Production and Shipping inquiries.
• Support customer visits and plant tours.
• Deliver business reporting and KPI monitoring.

Oakey Beef Exports, one of Australia's largest beef processing plants. Located on the Darling Downs, just 26km west of Toowoomba, Oakey is a welcoming and family-friendly town that offers a real country experience and genuine hospitality.

We are currently seeking an experienced Export Sales Coordination Manager

The purpose of this position is to successfully align the Sales order intake to Production output while ensuring outbound air and sea shipments achieve their programmed dispatch window.

You will have a great, experienced team behind you and supportive leadership allowing you to work effectively and deliver positive financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include?

• Ensure that operational KPI's are met for sales and production
• Manage an oversee Shipping and Documentation team
• Ensure and efficient flow of production through to loading out
• Assist managers and staff with general Production enquiries
• Assist managers and staff with general Shipping enquiries
• Assist plant staff with customer visits and tours
• Business reporting and KPI monitoring

Ideally, candidates with the following attributes are encouraged to apply:

• Ability to maintain collaborative and effective relationships with multidisciplinary team members
• Appropriate problem solving/analytical abilities
