Job summary

NH Foods Australia seeks an experienced Export Sales Coordination Manager to align sales order intake with production output and ensure outbound air and sea shipments meet the dispatch window. You will lead a capable team and report to senior management. Based in Oakey, Queensland, the role offers a competitive salary, uniform, onsite canteen, staff discounts, and EAP access. Qualifications

• Significant computer skills including word processing, Excel and database management.
• Strong ability to manage data and produce reports.
• Proven ability to coordinate sales with production and logistics.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced export environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of beef processing or commodity export is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure KPI targets for sales and production are met.
• Oversee Shipping and Documentation team.
• Ensure efficient flow from production to loading and dispatch.
• Assist managers with Production and Shipping inquiries.
• Support customer visits and plant tours.
• Deliver business reporting and KPI monitoring.
