Job summary

NH Foods Australia is seeking an experienced Export Sales Coordination Manager to lead the sales and shipping team for production support and stock loading. You will work within an experienced team and supportive leadership to deliver positive outcomes.

The role focuses on meeting KPIs for sales and production, overseeing shipping and documentation, and ensuring smooth flow from production through loading out. Collaboration and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure KPIs for sales and production are met.
• Oversee Shipping and Documentation team.
• Ensure efficient flow from production to loading out.
• Assist managers with production and shipping enquiries.
• Support plant staff with customer visits and tours.
• Prepare monthly and weekly reports.
• Perform other duties as required by the General Manager.

Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Export Sales Coordination Manager The purpose of this position is to provide support and manage the Sales and shipping team to support the plant in production and loading out stock. Whilst being surrounded by an experienced team and supportive leadership, you will be able to work effectively and deliver positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include?

• Ensure that KPI’s are met for sales and production
• Manage an oversee Shipping and Documentation team
• Ensure and efficient flow of production through to loading out
• Assist managers and staff with general Production enquiries
• Assist managers and staff with general Shipping enquiries
• Assist plant staff with customer visits and tours
• Monthly and weekly reports
• Other administrative duties as required by the General Manager
