FRMSTAFF is seeking an experienced export air freight professional based in Western Sydney to manage end-to-end export processes and coordinate perishable shipments. The role emphasizes close collaboration with airlines, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and clear client communication.

The position requires proven export air freight experience, attention to detail, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in a fast-paced environment within Australia.

• Manage end-to-end export air freight process.
• Registering and processing of export documentation.

• Providing customer shipment status updates and solutions to customer service team.
