Job summary

Frontline Resources Management in Sydney is seeking an Air Freight Import Coordinator to manage shipments end-to-end, from collection to invoicing, liaising with airlines, brokers and cartage providers.

You will handle customer updates, costings, and claims while building strong relationships in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment. Flexible arrangements and onsite parking are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven air freight knowledge in Freight Forwarding.
• Strong and effective communication style.
• Positive and outgoing team player attitude with customer focus.
• Willing to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of air freight import shipments including invoicing.
• Coordinate with airlines, brokers, and cartage providers.
• Be the main contact for customers on shipment updates and queries.
• Prepare and review billings and job costings.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Manage claims and act as first point of contact for issues.
