Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking an experienced Travel Consultant for our Carindale, QLD store. You will guide customers from aspirations to booked cruises, delivering exceptional service across in-person, email, and phone inquiries.

Join a team that values passion for cruising, offers extensive employee discounts, and provides career progression within our global network. Training will cover in-depth cruise product knowledge and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience with exposure to sales targets.
• Previous travel or cruise experience ideal.
• GDS experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Quote, book, and invoice cruise bookings and packages accurately.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding service across walk-in, email, and phone enquiries.
• Maximise opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
• Monitor and action relevant mailboxes daily.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to recommend the right cruise.

As a Cruise Consultant,you’llbe the expert guiding customers from “just dreaming” to “bon voyage!”, creating cruiseholidaysthey’llnever forget.

Your Key Responsibilities
