As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strata and community schemes, providing expert advice to owners corporations and strata committees, and ensuring the smooth operation of each scheme under your management.

• End-to-end strata management of a portfolio of residential and mixed-use strata and community schemes
• Preparing for and attending strata committee and general meetings
• Providing advice to owners corporations and committee members
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor engagement
• Managing budgets, quotations, insurance matters and compliance issues
• Management and enforcement of By-Laws
• Responding to owner and resident enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with committees, owners and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with the Strata Schemes Management Act and associated legislation
