Green by Nature is seeking an Experienced Slasher/Tractor Operator to join our Southeast QLD operations. The role involves operating mowing equipment safely, maintaining gear, and delivering high-standard green spaces.

Mon-Fri with early start/finish, uniforms and PPE provided, plus a vehicle and fuel card. Training and social events are offered, with potential overtime in warmer months. Join a team focused on safety and quality in outdoor spaces.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in slashing.
• Valid Manual HR Drivers Licence.
• White Card.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team and/or individually.
• Be punctual and reliable.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks to a high standard.

About the Role

Green by Nature is looking for an Experienced Slasher/Tractor Operator to join our growing Southeast QLD operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
• Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
• Complete service requests as required
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

• Monday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finish

What We're Looking For
