Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking a Brushcutting / Mowing Team Member to maintain roadside vegetation across the Logan region and Ipswich. If you enjoy outdoor work and take pride in quality results, join our team and build a long-term career with a supportive company.

You’ll operate brush cutters, perform daily checks, and maintain equipment while adhering to safety practices. This role offers a Monday–Friday roster, uniform/PPE, and genuine career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience with brushcutting, roadside or lawn maintenance.
• Experience operating commercial brush cutters is highly regarded.
• Current Manual Driver Licence is required.
• Construction White Card is required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate brushcutting and mowing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain roadside vegetation and open spaces to a high standard.
• Perform daily pre-start checks and light equipment maintenance.
• Complete scheduled maintenance and service requests.
• Follow safe work practices and contribute to a safety culture.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.

• Operating brush cutters and mowing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining roadside vegetation, grass, and open spaces to a high standard.
• Completing daily pre-start checks and basic equipment maintenance.
• Completing scheduled maintenance and service requests.
• Following safe work practices and contributing to our strong safety culture.
• Working collaboratively with your team while also being able to work independently.

• Previous experience with brushcutting, roadside maintenance, or lawn maintenance.
• Experience operating commercial brush cutters (highly regarded).
• Current Manual Driver Licence.
