Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking an experienced 4000-D Mower Operator and hands-on team leader to maintain and enhance open spaces across Southeast Queensland, including Jimboomba.

You will operate a 4000D mower and drive an MR truck between sites, while mentoring your team, upholding a strong safety culture and delivering high-quality work.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate, a Monday–Friday roster, uniform and PPE, company vehicle, and ongoing training with career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising a team is highly regarded.
• Construction White Card.
• Current and valid MR or HR licence.
• Experience operating commercial mowing equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team to achieve outstanding results.
• Operating 4000-D mowers, brush cutters, and other maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining roadsides and open spaces to the highest standards.
• Conducting daily equipment inspections and ensuring machinery is well maintained.
• Completing scheduled maintenance and service requests.
• Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures.
• Working closely with your team while leading from the front.

Green by Nature is looking for an experienced 4000-D Mower Operator and a hands-on leader with a strong commitment to quality and safety, to maintain and enhance green spaces across multiple open space sites in Southeast Queensland.

As a Mowing Team Leader - 4000-D Operator, you will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing open spaces, and roadside works. You will operate a 4000D mower to ensure our landscapes remain pristine and well-kept. You will also be required to drive an MR truck, transporting the 4000D mower between sites.
