Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking a motivated Brushcutting / Mowing Team Member to maintain roadside vegetation across the SEQLD region. You’ll operate brush cutters and mowing equipment, keep roadsides tidy, and perform daily checks in a supportive, safety-focused team.

Ideal candidates have experience with brushcutting or lawn work, hold a manual driver licence, and possess a Construction White Card. This role offers a Monday–Friday roster, uniform and PPE, and genuine career progression within a

• Previous experience with brushcutting, roadside maintenance, or lawn maintenance.
• Experience operating commercial brush cutters (highly regarded).
• Current Manual Driver Licence.
• Construction White Card.
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• The ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• The ability to work safely both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

As part of our Roadside Maintenance team, you'll help keep Ipswich's roadsides safe, tidy, and well-maintained by:
