Green by Nature in Jimboomba is seeking a Mowing Team Leader to operate a 4000-D mower and lead a small outdoor crew across Southeast Queensland sites. You will drive an MR truck to move equipment between locations and ensure landscapes are well‑kept and safe.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating commercial mowing equipment is preferred.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team (highly regarded).
• Construction White Card.
• Current and valid MR or HR licence.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• A commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• The ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Green by Nature is looking for an experienced 4000-D Mower Operator and a hands‑on leader with a strong commitment to quality and safety, to maintain and enhance green spaces across multiple open space sites in Southeast Queensland.

As a Mowing Team Leader - 4000-D Operator, you will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing open spaces, and roadside works. You will operate a 4000D mower to ensure our landscapes remain pristine and well‑kept. You will also be required to drive an MR truck, transporting the 4000D mower between sites.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

• Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team to achieve outstanding results.
• Operating 4000-D mowers, brush cutters, and other maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining roadsides and open spaces to the highest standards.
• Conducting daily equipment inspections and ensuring machinery is well maintained.
• Completing scheduled maintenance and service requests.
• Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures.
• Working closely with your team while leading from the front.
