Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Principal or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the Business Support team in Sydney CBD. You will manage a dual desk handling temporary and permanent roles in the construction and utilities sector, with established client relationships and a strong brand presence.

You will work under a supportive State Manager, in a team of four recruiters, gaining autonomy, flexibility and fast results in a high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Senior or Principal level.
• Fast-paced, target-driven environment experience.
• Collaborative team player with positive energy.
• Holds a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Driving business development through cold calling, networking and sales activity.
• Managing and growing a warm client portfolio while winning new business.
• Partnering with clients to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions.
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality talent.
• Consulting with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Building your desk through creative marketing and BD initiatives.

Your New Role This is a rare opportunity for a Principal or Senior Recruitment Consultant who thrives on sales, competition and growth to join our Business Support team in Sydney CBD.

You'll manage a dual desk recruiting both temporary and permanent administration and customer service roles within the construction and utilities sector. You'll step into a warm desk with established client relationships, strong brand presence and real earning potential.

Backed by a supportive, hands-on State Manager and surrounded by 4 ambitious, high-performing recruiters, you'll have the autonomy, flexibility and support to deliver results fast.
