Job summary

Aitken RE seeks a motivated Property Officer in NSW to grow into your next milestone. You’ll work with tenants and landlords, manage leasing processes, and support maintenance across a growing rent roll.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License is a must.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar property management or leasing role.
• Experience in Console, IRE and Agentbox preferred, but not necessary.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work autonomously.
• A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to work rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside an experienced Property Manager who will support your growth and training on a daily basis.
• Communicate with tenants and landlords.
• End to End leasing - including open homes, private inspections, application processing, ingoing inspections.
• Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed reports.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair works for properties.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in our property management software.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships.
