Yancoal Australia Ltd is seeking experienced Haul Truck Operators to join the Mount Thorley Warkworth mining team near Singleton. You will be responsible for safe, efficient operations of haul trucks within open pit extraction, under supervision, contributing to production targets and a strong safety culture.
The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ haul truck experience in coal mining, a NSW Manual Driver’s Licence, and a commitment to teamwork and reliability.

Owned and Operated by Yancoal Australia, Mount Thorley Warkworth (MTW) is an open cut mine that provides the opportunity to live and work locally. Located 15 kilometres south-west of Singleton in the beautiful Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, MTW relies on both dragline and load haul systems for their continuous operations. The MTW Mine is the largest open cut operation in the region, employing approximately 1,450 people who reside in the local and surrounding communities.
Yancoal are currently seeking experienced Haul Truck Operators to join our Mount Thorley Warkworth (MTW) Mining Team. Reporting to the Mining Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and productive operations within your allocated crew, while maintaining high standards of safety, productivity and reliability as expected by Yancoal.
