Job summary

Yancoal Australia Ltd is seeking experienced Haul Truck Operators to join the Mount Thorley Warkworth mining team near Singleton. You will be responsible for safe, efficient operations of haul trucks within open pit extraction, under supervision, contributing to production targets and a strong safety culture.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ haul truck experience in coal mining, a NSW Manual Driver’s Licence, and a commitment to teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience operating mechanical and electric drive Haul Trucks in open pit coal mining.
• Strong safety commitment and continuous improvement.
• Ability to meet production and performance targets.
• Reliable attendance and strong work performance.
• Team player with a positive safety culture.
• Current NSW Manual Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently within the Mount Thorley Warkworth mining team.
• Maintain high safety, productivity and reliability standards as directed.
