Job summary

Yancoal Australia is seeking experienced Haul Truck Operators to join our Mount Thorley Warkworth (MTW) Mining Team in Singleton, NSW. You will be responsible for safe, efficient and productive haul truck operations within your crew, while upholding high safety and performance standards.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience with mechanical and electric drive Haul Trucks, a strong safety mindset and a NSW Manual Driver’s Licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience operating mechanical and electric drive Haul Trucks in an open pit coal mining environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ability to meet production and performance expectations and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate Haul Trucks in an open pit coal mining environment under MTW mining team directives.
• Maintain safety, productivity and reliability standards as required by Yancoal.
• Report to Mining Supervisor and demonstrate the Yancoal values in daily practice.
