Job summary

ECHO Community Services is seeking an experienced Scheduler to coordinate in-home care for clients in Perth. The role partners with Case Managers and Support Workers to ensure timely, accurate service delivery and continuity of care.

Key duties include rostering, adjusting schedules, handling client inquiries, and maintaining clear communication with staff. The position is a contract role with standard daytime hours and rotating on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in the aged care sector, ideally in home care scheduling.
• Proficiency with Comcare, Ecase and Sandwai scheduling software.
• Familiarity with SCHADS award and following standard instructions.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and clear communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily rosters to meet client care needs.
• Allocating and adjusting service schedules within required timeframes.
• Managing and documenting client enquiries and change requests.
• Communicating service schedules clearly with support staff.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Responding promptly to phone and email enquiries.
