Job summary

WorkPac is seeking highly skilled mining operators to join a Baralaba coal project team. You will operate KOM 730E, 830E-1AC, CAT 793C/F and Hitachi EH4000ACII haul trucks at a coal mine near Baralaba, on a 7/7 day and night roster with camp and meals provided.

Day shift operates 6:30am to 7:00pm and night shift 6:30pm to 6:30am. You must hold a current Drivers License, Standard 11, Coal Board Medical, and SSE/RII competency training records, with readiness for 7/7 roster rotation and

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Drivers License.
• Current Standard 11 certification is required.
• Coal Board Medical completed within last 2 years or able to obtain.
• SSE/RII competency training records are required.
• 7/7 roster with day/night rotation is essential.

Job description

Our partner client has been selected to commence mining operations at the Baralaba Mining Project. In support of our client, we now seeking highly skilled operators to work as part of the project team.

What you will be doing:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating KOM 730E, 830E-1AC and CAT 793C/F and Hitachi EH4000ACII machinery at a Coal mine near Baralaba. You will be working a 7/7 day shift, night shift roster. Camp & meals are provided in Baralaba.

Day shift – 6:30am to 7:00pm (Tuesday - 6:30am to 3:30pm)

Night shift – 6:30pm to 6:30am

Role Requirements:

• Current Drivers License
• Current Standard 11
• Obtained Coal Board Medical within the last 2 years, or ability to obtain.
• SSE / RII competency training records
• 7/7 Roster – D/N rotation
