Job summary

Tiny Mountain Brewing Pty Ltd – Townsville QLD is seeking an English speaking Cook to join a busy kitchen. You will examine foodstuffs, regulate oven temperatures, prepare and cook meals, season, portion, plate with gravies and garnishes, and store foods safely.

Ideal candidates hold Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen, with excellent communication and organisational skills and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Cert III and/or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery.
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience as a Cook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multifaceted kitchen operations.
• Attention to detail.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.
• A versatile and hard-working person with a practical hands-on approach.
