Sinclairs Events at East Maitland Bowling Club is seeking an Experienced Cook for a cafe role, with a 3pm–9pm shift Thursday to Monday. This casual or permanent part-time position requires reliable, energetic cooking for cafe-style meals and a busy service.

You will maintain a clean, safe kitchen, work with front-of-house staff, and comply with health and safety standards. Weekend availability is essential and you should be a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Cook.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Must be a strong team player and able to work in a busy environment.
• Experience serving functions is desirable but not essential.

The day to day responsibilities and duties of the role include:

Preparing and cooking a variety of cafe-style meals

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment

Communicating with the front of house staff to effectively work as a team

Complying with all food health & safety requirements
