Job summary

W3Global is seeking a highly skilled multi-disciplined site supervisor for civil construction projects in Tweed/Northern Rivers, NSW. The role requires coordination of on-site activities, adherence to plans, and effective safety/quality management.

Immediate start available. Port Macquarie HQ and site works in the Tweed area. Overtime rates apply and weekly payroll maintained.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months supervisor experience within civil environment.
• White Card / Construction Card held.
• Current Driver's license and own transport.
• Experience in civil infrastructure, pipelines, subdivisions, and road construction.
• Able to read & interpret plans and identify operational initiatives.
• Experience with lasers, survey equipment, and electronic reporting.
• Desirable: Class B ACM ticket / VOC; First Aid & CPR.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site civil works and coordinate daily activities.
• Read plans and interpret specifications to ensure compliance.
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity; report variances.
• Liaise with subcontractors and operators to optimise tasks.
• Maintain accurate on-site records and reports.

Requirements

• Current Driver's license and own transport
• White Card / Construction Card
• Experience in civil infrastructure, pipelines, subdivisions, and road construction.
• Motivated with solid organisational skills
• Able to read & interpret plans and see potential operational initiatives
• Experienced with technology - lasers, survey equipment, electronic reporting
• Minimum of 12 months supervisor experience within a civil environment
• Experienced Skilled Worker Preferences (not required but highly regarded);
• Certificates or training within the civil environment, (civil construction, OHPL, confined spaces, pipelaying, poly welding, highly regarded);
• Class B non-friable ACM ticket / VOC (desirable)
• Valid First Aid & CPR (desirable)
