Job summary

Alliance Construction Group is seeking a highly skilled multi-disciplined Site Supervisor for the Tweed Heads South area in NSW. The role requires experience in civil infrastructure and road construction, with strong planning and reporting capabilities.

Candidates should have a White Card, a driver’s license, and transport, with a track record of supervising civil works. We offer an immediate start, opportunities for additional training, and a weekly pay cycle.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license and own transport.
• Experience in civil infrastructure, pipelines, subdivisions, and road construction.
• Motivated with solid organisational skills.
• Able to read & interpret plans and see potential operational initiatives.
• Experienced with technology - lasers, survey equipment, electronic reporting.
• Minimum of 12 months supervisor experience within a civil environment.
• Certificates or training within the civil environment (civil construction, OH&S, confined spaces, pipelaying, poly welding) highly regarded.

Requirements:

• Current Driver's license and own transport
• White Card / Construction Card
• Experience in civil infrastructure, pipelines, subdivisions, and road construction.
• Motivated with solid organisational skills
• Able to read & interpret plans and see potential operational initiatives
• Experienced with technology - lasers, survey equipment, electronic reporting
• Minimum of 12 months supervisor experience within a civil environment
• Experienced Skilled Worker Preferences (not required but highly regarded);
• Certificates or training within the civil environment, (civil construction, OHPL, confined spaces, pipelaying, poly welding, highly regarded);
