Job summary

The Brothers Sports Club in Queensland is seeking an experienced Chef to join a fast-paced, energetic kitchen led by a dedicated Head Chef. You will work across a busy multi-cuisine operation, delivering quality and modern dishes with strong presentation.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in a professional kitchen, ability to work 5 days across a 7-day roster, and trade qualifications or equivalent. Excellent grooming, communication, and food hygiene are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a professional environment.
• Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation.
• Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent.
• Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills.
• Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation.
• Ability to manage your own sections and deliver high-standard food.
• Pride in food presentation and top quality.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices.
• Rotating roster across Mon to Sun; approx. 38 hrs per week.
