The Brothers Sports Club in Queensland is seeking an experienced Chef to join our fast-paced, family-like kitchen team led by a dedicated Head Chef. You will work across a variety of cuisines in a busy commercial kitchen, with five days across a seven-day operation and an approximate 38 hours per week.

• Minimum 3 years experience in a professional environment.
• Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation.
• Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent.
• Flexibility, clear communication and customer service skills.
• Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation.
• Ability to manage your own sections and deliver high standard of food.
• Take pride in food presentation and top quality.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices.
• Rotating roster across Mon to Sun.
• Approx. 38 hours per week.
