• Minimum 3 years experience in a professional kitchen.
• Experience across busy commercial kitchens with varied cuisines.
• Trade qualification or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Immaculate grooming and presentation standards.
• Ability to manage sections and deliver high quality food.
• Pride in food presentation and top quality output.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene practices and compliance.
• Rotating roster Mon-Sun availability.
• Approx. 38 hours per week.
