The Brunswick Hotel in NSW is seeking an experienced Chef to join the kitchen team in a fast-paced, friendly environment led by a dedicated Head Chef. You will work across a busy service, delivering high-quality and modern dishes in a supportive team.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in a professional kitchen, ability to cover 5 days over a 7-day roster, and strong food hygiene practices. Approximately 38 hours per week with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a professional environment.
• Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation.
• Flexible and willing attitude with clear communication and customer service skills.
• Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation.
• Ability to manage your own sections and deliver a consistently high standard of food.
• Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices.
• Availability for rotating roster across Mon to Sun.
• Job will require approx. 38 hrs per week.
