Brunswick Heads Fish & Chippery is seeking an experienced chef or cook to join our busy coastal takeaway, where we fry in pure beef tallow and focus on fresh Australian seafood, burgers and tacos. You will work across fryers, grills and prep stations, delivering high quality dishes and maintaining food safety while thriving in a fast-paced team environment.

We offer flexible arrangements including full-time, part-time or casual roles.

Qualifications

We are a busy, locally owned coastal fish and chippery with a passion for fresh Australian seafood, quality ingredients and old-fashioned hospitality. We bring restaurant-quality cooking standards to a relaxed coastal takeaway environment. We care about fresh ingredients, proper cooking techniques and attention to detail. From seafood to burgers and tacos, we believe great food starts with great ingredients. We fry in pure beef tallow, embrace traditional methods and take pride in quality, presentation and consistency.
