Job summary

ButterBoy Retail Cookies Pty Ltd is expanding its Macquarie area bakery and seeks an experienced baker for a full-time permanent role in Sydney. You will prepare, bake and finish bakery products, following ButterBoy recipes and daily production schedules, while delivering a great in-store customer experience.

The role requires 2 years of experience, baking knowledge, and a NSW NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently.
• NSW FSS (Food Safety Supervisor) Certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake and finish bakery products according to ButterBoy recipes and schedules.
• Maintain consistent product quality, appearance and portions.
• Follow recipes and procedures to ensure food safety and consistency.
• Keep bakery, equipment and workstations clean and hygienic at all times.
• Ensure equipment is used and cleaned safely according to standards.
• Represent ButterBoy with professionalism and high-quality workmanship.
• Assist Front of House during busy periods, including serving customers.
