Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a similar bakery environment.
• Solid knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work part-time, full-time or casual shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake and finish bakery products according to ButterBoy recipes and production schedules.
• Maintain product quality, appearance and portion control across all items.
• Follow recipes and procedures to ensure food safety and consistency.
• Keep bakery clean, organized and hygienic; operate and maintain equipment safely.
• Provide product knowledge to customers and assist Front of House during busy times.
