Job summary

Bakers Delight Kincumber is seeking a skilled Baker to join the team in a full-time capacity at our Kincumber, NSW bakery. You will produce high-quality artisan breads and bakery products while upholding Bakers Delight standards of quality, food safety and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of full-time baking experience and a relevant baking qualification. The role offers a competitive AUD salary and long-term career opportunities within a nationally recognised bakery

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year full-time Baker experience.
• Certificate III in Baking or equivalent is highly regarded.
• Experience in a commercial bakery environment.
• Strong knowledge of bread production techniques.
• Ability to work early morning shifts.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, knead, ferment and bake a variety of breads and bakery products.
• Measure and prepare ingredients in accordance with production recipes.
• Monitor dough quality throughout the production process.
• Operate commercial bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all products meet Bakers Delight quality standards.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise product waste.
• Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production requirements.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining bakery equipment and work areas.
