Komatsu Australia in Fairfield seeks an experienced Expediting Specialist to join our National Parts team. You will own urgent machine-down and emergency parts orders, coordinating with branches, distribution centres, freight providers, and overseas suppliers to keep customers informed.

You’ll drive tracking, updates and proactive problem solving to ensure equipment remains operational, delivering exceptional service and swift resolutions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused Expediting Specialist to join Komatsu’s National Parts team in Fairfield in this permanent opportunity. This is a fast-paced coordination role where you’ll take ownership of urgent machine-down and emergency parts orders, working across our branches, distribution centres, freight providers and overseas suppliers to keep orders moving and customers informed.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the person who tracks it, chases it and sees it through. Your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and helping keep Komatsu equipment operating in the field.

Your role will involve:

• Coordinating and expediting urgent and emergency parts orders.
• Tracking orders and shipments through to delivery.
• Working closely with branches, distribution centres, freight providers and overseas suppliers.

About You

You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you’ll need to be someone who takes ownership, stays calm under pressure and enjoys solving problems.
