MYOB is seeking a driven leader to head a new expansion sales function focused on helping Acumatica customers maximise their ERP investment. You will build a scalable approach to upsell, cross-sell and growth, leading Expansion Specialists to deliver expansion ARR and partnering with cross-functional teams to turn insight into action.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS sales, account management or growth-focused roles.
• Track record of upsell, cross-sell or expansion revenue.
• People leadership or strong player-coach experience.
• Strong commercial judgement with data-driven insights.
• Experience with ERP/financial software.
• Ability to build structure, improve processes and lead change.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Expansion Specialists to hit expansion ARR targets.
• Build and implement a scalable expansion sales approach.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities using data and product insight.
• Plan and deliver targeted expansion campaigns across products and services.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Consulting and Operations.
• Build relationships across the business to support growth.
• Create a culture of ownership, learning and continuous improvement.
