We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Exercise Scientist to join our thriving, close-knit team on a casual basis. You will support our clinics by running exercise programs that help clients stay healthy and active. This role bridges the gap between rehab and general fitness.
While you will be primarily based at our lovely Rockhampton clinic, you may be required to provide additional coverage at our Yeppoon clinic.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
You’ll be friendly and collaborative, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong clinical reasoning, and a self-motivated, organised approach. You’ll be committed to ongoing learning and development, working well as part of a team and striving to achieve excellent clinical outcomes for our patients.
Along with a passion for helping others, the successful candidate will hold a degree in Exercise Physiology and Sport Science (or equivalent) and will also have current (or eligibility for) ESSA registration. You will also have, or be willing to obtain, the required Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
